128K Leased Line(MLLN circuit), using Tellabs 8110 modem(having PMA,DMA & Line1 indicators). Now the problem is that  Leased Line fluctuate after every 10 to 15 minutes. Ways to Track the Upload and Download speed in Lease Line are :-
1) Kerio winroute firewall software
2) Spiceworks
3) Nagios
4)add a gateway box between the lease line and your Core Switch where you can do traffic shaping and add mrtg graphs

For maintaining a lease line historical data, the only probable option available is to go for an SNMP server…. there are whole bunch of free NMS servers…available…..Just search for NMS servers in google… and go for basic 5 command SNMP config in the cisco routers/switches.

For Taking 2Mbps Lease Line from BSNL,The member is requested to purchase the router from a hardware vendor. For this purpose the Exchange specifies the necessary infrastructure.
