Need to make backup image? Or need to download image? Try the following:

Ways to Track the Upload and Download speed in Lease Line are :-
1) Kerio winroute firewall software
2) Spiceworks
3) Nagios
4)add a gateway box between the lease line and your Core Switch where you can do traffic shaping and add mrtg graphs
For maintaining a lease line historical data, the only probable option available is to go for an SNMP server…. there are whole bunch of free NMS servers…available…..Just search for NMS servers in google… and go for basic 5 command SNMP config in the cisco routers/switches.
